Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are always welcome.  However, appointments are preferred to eliminate wait times. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Patient Arrival Guidelines

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

If your pet is difficult to control, or cannot be around other animals, please let us know and we will gladly accomodate.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.  Unfortunately, we are not able to extend credit.  For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash.
